We understand that sometimes unexpected events can arise. Therefore, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival. For a cancellation made within 30 days before your arrival, we will charge the total price of the booking. In the case of a no-show, the full amount will also be due. We kindly ask our guests to make the prepayment of the total amount within 30 days before arrival via bank transfer. We recommend purchasing a travel cancellation insurance to ensure you are well protected in case of unforeseen circumstances. Here you can easily take out your cancellation insurance with the Europäische Reiseversicherung. Important to know: Cancellations must always be made in writing (e.g., by email).
