The bus stop for the free shuttle (with guest card) as well as shops, bakery, butcher, farm shop, and restaurants are easily reachable on foot.

Numerous hiking trails and mountain biking routes, as well as indoor experiences like tennis or climbing – for a vacation full of variety.
For over 100 years
A house with a story
Between 1911 and 1920, Marion's great-grandfather was the mayor of Ehrwald – and the so-called community room, the mayor's office, was located in this house. When Marion's grandfather inherited the house, he and her grandmother converted three guest rooms on the first floor, mainly hosting guests from Bavaria.
Among them was often the famous Munich comedienne Liesl Karlstadt, stage partner of Karl Valentin. Photographers captured the now-famous living room in pictures – which can be seen today in the Munich Karl-Valentin Museum.
A good breakfast in the cozy living room – where stories are created that are never forgotten.
