We understand that sometimes things can come up. That's why you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, we will charge the total price of the booking. The total amount is also due in the event of a no-show. We ask our guests to pay the total amount in advance by bank transfer within 30 days prior to arrival. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance so that you are well covered in case of an emergency. You can easily take out cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung here. Important to know: Cancellations must always be made in writing (e.g. by email).
