Cancellation conditions

Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
Short-term cancellations or no-shows will be charged with 50% of the booked arrangement.
Cancellations must always be made in writing (by e-mail). The general terms and conditions (AGB) for the hotel industry apply: AGB 2006
